Itinerary
Gather at the airport for departure to India. Meet our guides and begin your sacred journey with group blessings and orientation.
Visit the Mahabodhi Temple, where Lord Buddha attained Enlightenment. Attend evening chanting and Dhamma sermon under the Bodhi Tree.
Travel to Rajgir and Nalanda University ruins. Learn the history of Buddhist education and the great teachings of the Buddha.
Proceed to Sarnath where the Buddha delivered his first sermon. Enjoy a serene evening of meditation and chanting at the Dhamek Stupa.
Visit the sacred site of the Buddha’s Parinibbana. Offer flowers and attend a devotional Puja conducted by monks.
Cross into Nepal and visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Prince Siddhartha. Explore the Maya Devi Temple and sacred garden.
Continue to Vesali and Sankassa, sites of major Buddhist miracles and teachings. Group discussion on Dhamma reflections.
Visit Savatthi, the location of many of Buddha’s teachings. Spend the evening in meditation at Jetavana Monastery.
Enjoy Indian cultural programs, visit Buddhist museums, and share experiences with fellow pilgrims.
A peaceful day to relax and reflect on the pilgrimage journey with group Dhamma sharing and discussions.
Revisit the Mahabodhi Temple for final offerings, meditation, and a blessing ceremony by monks.
Conduct a concluding Pooja with all participants and receive Dhamma souvenirs. Evening free for personal prayers.
Pack up and enjoy farewell dinner with the group. Review the journey’s spiritual insights.
Fly back to Sri Lanka with cherished memories and blessings of a meaningful pilgrimage.

The Cost Includes
- Pick-up or Drop-off service from and to Airport(in our own vehicle)

- Food all along the trip(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a cup of coffee or tea) and accommodations during the trip in hotels with family environment
- Transportation, food, accommodation and insurance of Guide during the trip
- Down jacket, all-season sleeping bag, duffel bag and trekking map(in case if you don’t have your own. Down jacket, sleeping bag and duffel bag must be returned after completion of the trip)
- First Aid Medical Kit(Your guide will carry the Medical Kit but we also advise to bring yourself for your own use, as far as possible)
